What happens if I do not like the items or they do not fit?

No worries, you either exchange the item or receive a full refund. Please write down the reason for your return on your packing list and enclose.

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please send back using your favorite shipping method. You are responsible for the items until we receive them back at headquarters.  You may want to insure your package and request a tracking number.  Please make sure you keep this information until we have inspected the items and you have received credit.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I return an item?

We will only refund the cost of the item.

Can I return my items after I have worn them and after many people have complimented me on how good I look?

No unfortunately please keep your compliments and your clothes. We cannot take back worn or washed goods.

Why do you not take American Express, Discover, or Monopoly Money?

It is more costly to take these cards and our system is set up only to take Visa and Mastercard and we have not found a bank yet that takes Monopoly Money. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. Your card will be charged when your merchandise is shipped.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we ship to Canada via USPS Global Express Mail. The shipping cost to Canada does not include customs, duties or taxes.
