We want you to be completely happy with every item you buy from us. Love it or send it back within 15 days.
All returns made using our supplied label will be subject to $8 fee for shipping to be deducted from the final refund.
Domestic Returns within USA:
In the event an item needs to be returned, you will need to send us your order number at our online Returns Center or reach out through the 'contact us' page within 15 days of receipt. Please include your order number and the items you need to return in the email for our reference. We will supply you with a USPS or FedEx return shipping label; you will then have 15 days to drop your return package off at your nearest drop off location.
Once the item is received, please allow 14 days for your credit card to be refunded the purchase price of the item minus $8 if we have issued the return label. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in new condition. If you received a damaged item, please let our customer service representative know. Any items returned that are damaged without our knowledge or missing the original tag will be subject to a 15% surcharge fee or the return may be sent back to you depending on the severity.
At this time we can not process international returns. If you need to do a return internationally you will need to send the product back on your own to our office after receiving the RMA# from our customer service team.
In the event that an item needs to be exchanged, please email email@example.com or reach out through the 'contact us' page to set up a return. The $8 shipping charge also applies to exchanges. We can not exchange international orders due to the duty/shipping costs.GGblue is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend using the traceable USPS or FedEx label we provide you for your return shipping method since it comes with proof of delivery and a tracking number. This way you, the customer, are always protected.
