Return Policy

GENERAL POLICY We want you to be completely happy with the items you buy. Love it or send it back within 21 days. All returns/exchanges made using our supplied label will be subject to an $8 fee for shipping. This will be deducted from the final refund.

SALE ITEMS If the item you purchased is on sale is $30 or less the item is FINAL SALE. If the item is on sale and more than $30 then we can offer an exchange or store credit.

NOTE: Items that are full price or full price prior to a discount code being applied are acceptable for return/exchange requests

In the event an item needs to be returned, please access our Returns Center.  Please answer the questions and you will be provided a return shipping label; you will then have 7 days to drop your return package off at your nearest drop off location.

Once the item is received, please allow 14 days for your credit card to be refunded the purchase price of the item/s minus $8 if we have issued the return label. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in new condition.

DAMAGED ITEM If you received a damaged item, please note that on your return. Any items returned that are damaged without our knowledge or missing the original tag will be subject to a 15% surcharge fee. Any item deemed severely damaged by a customer will be disposed of and the refund will not be able to be processed. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we can not process international returns or exchanges.
