Final Sale

All sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items (including those purchased with a discount code) are eligible for return or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date.

  • All returns using a GGBlue-issued shipping label will incur an $8 fee, deducted from the final refund.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in new condition with all original tags attached.

Start Your Return or Exchange

U.S. Returns

  • Visit our Returns Center to begin the process.

  • Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label.

  • You will have 7 days to drop off your return at a designated carrier location.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt for your refund to be processed.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrived damaged, please indicate this when submitting your return.

  • Items returned in severely damaged condition may be disposed of and are not eligible for a refund.

U.S. Exchanges

  • Exchanges must also be submitted through our Returns Center.

  • The $8 shipping fee applies to exchanges as well.

GGBlue is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using the USPS or FedEx return label provided, as it includes tracking and delivery confirmation for your protection.

International Orders

At this time, GGBlue does not accept international returns or exchanges.
