We want you to be completely happy with every item you buy from us. Love it or send it back within 15 days. It's that easy and our return shipping is free!

Returns:

In the event an item needs to be returned please contact us at customerservice@ggblue.com or call 925-284-4042 within 15 days of receipt.  Please have your order number ready when you contact us to help arrange the return.  We will supply you with a FedEx return shipping label, you will then have 15 days to drop your return package off at your nearest FedEx location.  Once the item is received, your credit card will be refunded the purchase price of the item.  All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in new condition. If you received a damaged item, please let our customer service representative know. Any items returned that are damaged (without our knowledge) or missing the original tag will be subject to a 15% surcharge fee or the return may be sent back to you depending on the severeness. 

Exchanges:

In the event that an item needs to be exchanged please contact us at customerservice@ggbblue.com or 925-284-4042 to set up a return. You can then just place an additional order on ggblue.com, if you received free shipping on your original order please let a customer service representative know and we will honor the free shipping for your exchange if it does not already qualify.


**GGblue is not responsible for any lost returns.  We recommend using the FedEx label we provide you for your return shipping method since it comes with proof of delivery and a tracking number. This way you, the customer, are always protected.
